- Sample orders: 1 piece. Bulk production: typically 5–10 units per design depending on complexity.
- How long is production lead time?
- Samples: 3–5 weeks. Bulk orders: 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and finish.
- Is your wood legally certified?
- Yes. We supply SVLK/V-Legal documentation with every export shipment.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. FOB from Semarang or Surabaya port. We handle export documentation.
- Can I request a sample before bulk order?
- Yes. We recommend sample approval for all custom and hospitality projects.
- What payment terms do you offer?
