Our production flow: timber selection → kiln-drying → cutting → mortise-and-tenon joinery → assembly → sanding (80→120→240 grit) → finishing → 10-point QC → packing.

Each piece is photographed at QC stage for export documentation. Buyers receive progress photos at sample approval, bulk start, and pre-shipment.
