Coastal humidity and salt spray accelerate surface greying on untreated teak. This is cosmetic — the wood remains structurally sound. Our resort clients follow a monthly wipe-down, quarterly inspection, and semi-annual re-oil schedule. Poolside loungers receive marine-grade PU on first delivery.
