By accessing jeparafurnituresupplier.com or requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an RFQ.

We primarily serve wholesale, retail, hospitality and project buyers. Catalogue items, photos and descriptions are illustrative. Final specifications, materials, finishes and pricing are confirmed in a written quotation and/or purchase order.

Website prices marked “Custom Quote” are not fixed offers. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that document (or 14 days if unspecified) and may change with wood market, freight or FX conditions.

An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance in writing after deposit terms are met. Typical terms: 50% deposit, balance before shipment — unless otherwise agreed.

Sample lead times are usually 3–5 weeks; bulk production typically 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and finish. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a contract states otherwise.

Buyer-requested changes after production start may incur extra cost and delay.

Unless agreed otherwise, goods are sold FOB Semarang or Surabaya port (or another Indonesian port named in the quotation). Risk transfers according to the Incoterm stated on the commercial documents.

We arrange export packing suitable for sea freight. Claims for transit damage must follow the carrier/insurance process and be notified promptly with photos.

Site content, product photography and brand marks belong to Jepara Furniture Supplier or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Custom designs supplied by the buyer remain the buyer’s IP; we may reuse generic workshop methods and joinery know-how.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delayed shipments caused by force majeure (including weather, port congestion, regulatory action or supply disruption).

Our aggregate liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except in cases of proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be attempted in good-faith negotiation; failing that, resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia unless a signed contract specifies arbitration.
